Genre: Fluff? Crack? Idek...

Summary: Two boys can't get a hint, and the female in the middle is just waiting for them to make a move. Preferably with her ending up between them.

Warnings: spicy, kind of panic attack? Allusions to sex, alcohol consumption, mentions of Lando's crash, and him being on pain meds.

Being the baby of the paddock really hadn't been that bad. A year younger than Arthur and having to put off with Charles was never on her top list of things she wanted to do, but she managed. Followed him around races like a lost puppy.

She was a perfect angel. Kind of. Not really, but she put on a good face when in public. Charles' perfect baby sister.

Lando Norris got to see a whole other side of her. The side that the cameras and public don't see.

The side that takes risks and tests the limits. The one nobody else has managed to pull out of her. The one Lando seems to make being so incredibly easy.

Charles adores the two of them. Lando would never hurt her. He may be impulsive, but he's loyal to a fault.

A couple of years later Is when Oscar comes along. Lando's new teammate. It's awkward for exactly two months into their work together.

Lando didn't like what happened to Daniel. He was still upset about it when word got out that Oscar had signed. It didn't feel real at the end of the year.

Then something shifted. Maybe it was the shared frustration of such a horrible start to the season? She may never know. But one thing is certain and it's that they like each other.

Oscar likes Lando. Lando likes Oscar. They both like her, and she loves them right back.

Yet she could not, for the life of her, forgire out why neither of them is saying anything about it. One can really only handle so much sexual tension before they explode. The sweet moments between the three of them. The fact she has attempted to get the both riled up with nothing to show for it except what Lando does to her later and Oscar's stupid smug face just playing alone with sarcastic jokes.

They are going to be the death of her. The two of them are attached at the hip, and she's excitedly making popcorn thinking it's going to turn into a romantic comedy. It doesn't, and she would like whoever is directing the movie to hurry the story along.

Both her and Lando are getting under his skin, and it's evident in every interaction they have. She takes it upon herself to invite Oscar everywhere with them.

They are happy all together. If they would just stop being so oblivious it would be perfect.

Then Vegas happens. The place where memories are made and forgotten. Lost in the music, lights, and alcohol.

The car isn't the best here. Both boys are frustrated. Lando crashes, and Oscar manages, but it's written on his face that he's disappointed with himself.

She goes to Lando at the hospital. Then, when he's released and thoroughly medicated, they head back to the paddock.

He's hilarious. Lando and his already unfiltered mouth are just saying everything. Including every feeling he has ever had for both her and Oscar. It started fine and then escalated Shortley after to the point where Jon had to promise he wouldn't ever mention it.

Oscar runs through media duties with an unholy speed. He looks relieved when he finds the two waiting around by his door because Lando didn't want to go to his own.

"I'm sorry it's been a lame birthday weekend." Sighs the Aussie who has collapsed onto the sofa.

"Well- it doesn't have to be."

Should the two not on any kind of medication used their clear judgment? Probably, but who are they to deny Lando?

They did decide on keeping it chill and just to go out for an hour or two after Lando at least napped off some of the meds. Neither of the sober minds had any intention of mixing alcohol with whatever Lando was on.

The Brit looked so excited to be out with them. He openly expressed he didn't need anybody else because his two favorite people were already with him. Oscar replied with a smile. She's going to have to force them to kiss at this rate.

Somewhere between three drinks in and Lando sipping on something not strong came blurred confessions. Whatever Lando had told Oscar he was drinking definitely was stronger than he'd made it out to be.

Her boyfriend keeps throwing her mischievous looks and suggestive eyebrow raises. What kind of game is he playing at? She would love if he let her in on it.

But alas, Lando does not, and she is left to her drink and her mind as she watches the two refuse to do anything about the tension they are creating. It's getting far too much for her. She either needs Lando to make a move on Oscar or to come help her because her imagination is going to places.

Somebody does kiss her, but it's not Lando. She would be concerned if Oscar hadn't just moved closer to her.

Everything goes fuzzy after that.

The next morning is met with ridiculous hangovers and a cramped position on the couch.

The couch? How on earth did she end up here? More importantly, why is Oscar using her like a blanket and Lando a starfish on the floor?

Her breath quickens. Something must have happened for them to end up here. She pulls herself up and almost passes out in the process. She would like to - no - needs to remember what happened. She finds her phone laying on the counter and opens it.

Her hand hits the counter and there it the sound of metal hitting granite. She shakily moves her hands into view.

Of all the stupid and impulsive things, she could've done, it had to be getting married in Vegas and being too drunk to remember it. Looks like George, Alex, and Lily were there, the three people who really should've stopped her.

But it's not that realization that makes her finally curl up on the ground, It's the name on the certificate.

Oscar Piastri.

She can hear both boys starting to stir and wake themselves up. The light hitting their faces drawing them back to the land of the living. Into what has become her nightmare.

She ducks behind the counter.

"What happened last night? My head is killing me and- why are you on the floor?"

"Well, we all started on the couch and then I needed water, couldn't find my spot again so I just stayed on the floor."

There is a pause. "What do you mean 'we all'?"

"The three of us? You know, it's bad not to sleep together on the night of your wedding."

There is a string of mumbled words from Oscar that she can't make out. "Seeing as I married your girlfriend, you seem way too happy about this."

"Mate, you were literally trying to fuck both of us last night and then went on this rant about-"

"Okay! I get it! No need to embarrass me more."

Lando is laughing hysterically. "I was wondering if you were ever going to do it. I was getting worried about your wife having a stroke if we didn't do something about this. She talks in her sleep you know."

She squeaks and then covers her mouth. She curls further into her hiding place, but it's no use. They boys find her and join her on the floor.

"You been awake long, love?" How can Lando be so gentle at a time like this? Like she hadn't just betrayed him! She stares in disbelief and then shakes her head no.

It looks like Lando is about to say something else when there is a knock on the door. He gets up and opens it to Charles and Max. The former of which is yelling in French.

"Looks like you guys also had a rough night." Lando is keeling over laughing which inevitably puts him back on the floor.

"What do you mean?" Max is standing there looking completely sober.

Lando is in tears at this point, and nobody understands what he's laughing at. "The matching rings, mate? Do you not remember getting hitched right after your sister?"

There is a set of identical screams followed by more frantic French.

"Speaking of that..." Max turns his attention to the little Leclerc and Oscar. "... You going to explain this one Lando? I remember this still."

Lando then blushes, and it looks like he considers running. "So listen - I may have talked you two into getting married." There is this innocent smile on his face that makes her jaw drop.

"This was you?! I'm panicking for nothing?!" She trails with French mumbling, and Charles joins in with her.

They look through pictures for a while and get water into their systems before Max and Charles go to leave.

"So, are you two going to get a divorce?" Oscar looks at Charles and Max who shrug.

"Maybe, but who knows? Maybe it'll come in handy some day."

"I knew you guys were fucking! Lando you own me now."

"How did you know?!"

"Little sisters know all, dear brother."

When it's just the three, a tense silence false between them. "So, what now?" She finally breaks. No longer able to handle the staring.

"We get a lawyer?"

"Or, hear me out, we keep it. We can always do that later!"

It's true, really. This a backward way of confessing, but it's not like they don't want to be together.

"Then Lando needs a ring also!" They laugh.

The Brit gets a hold of the certificate and finds a marker to write his name on it. "I fixed it."

Then he looks at the other two. Bright smiles on all of there faces.

"Shall we consummate the marage?"

holy crap, that tohru fic. Pleaseeeee I MUST know what happens next. Incel misogynist is actually peak content idek anymore what can top that for me. And your writing is so great. When Tohru warned reader he was about to ask a question she could get the wrong idea about, I was like "yeah, it can't be that bad, since he's being apologetic and all," and then he hit her with it 😭 i was like help 💀. I'm also very curious to know how he got fixated on her. Like he was so quick to go, "im gonna kill u because ur not nice enough," but we all know what those small greetings and smiles from darling did for him

To be fair, the more attached guys get, the more volatile they are towards rejection — it's that if I can't have you, no one can type of mentality, and he has it to a very intense degree.

One of the most interesting and captivating parts of Adachi’s character imo is how in the official P4 anthology manga it shows how he's just so bitter and mad that even when he spends a day with the Dojimas and they're actually so nice to him and appreciate him, he goes home and reflects on the day, and ends up getting mad and throwing things and tearing his apartment up — he's one of those people who just can't be happy, can't accept kindness because he's just that bitter.

There's no winning. He'd get angry if he's rejected or reprimanded, but he also can't emotionally handle kindness and love and will push back against it as a defensive measure.

That's why living with him is such a nightmare — you can't appease or placate him. Once he's “mask-off” towards you, you learn he's incredibly pessimistic and interprets everything with bitterness and paranoia. So even if you go out of your way to try to make him happy, his eyes just narrow, he tilts his head and draws the most negative conclusions—

Oh, you're trying to get me to let my guard down, huh?

—or—

You're being awfully nice today. What did you do that you don't want me finding out about…?

—or—

You think I'll just forget about earlier if you're all sweet now, is that it?

Everything, everything you do is automatically viewed through such lenses of negativity. And when he suspects that you're doing something with deceitful intent, he gets mad, and when he gets mad, he gets violent. Holding you by your throat or hair and manhandling you around like a ragdoll.

So you're punished if you're bad, but you're also punished if you're good. But don't think you can escape by trying to stay quiet and neutral — then he gets pissed off because you're being boring and that's annoying, or he interprets it as you avoiding him, giving him a cold shoulder and silent treatment on purpose. And that is probably the worst thing you could do — as always, he's so incredibly sensitive to any form of perceived rejection.

So there really is no winning. You have to give him attention, but if you do, you're trying to deceive him somehow, and if you say you're not then you're lying and that's especially bad. To say it wears on your psyche is an understatement.

Not that he doesn't have his vulnerable moments, in particular when he has bad days at work — he comes home and takes all the frustration out on you, either making you listen to his whining and complaining the whole night, reaming your holes raw and sore, or, usually, both. And in those moments, you sometimes do get a feeling of tenderness, where you physically feel him lose that near-constant feeling of tension in his body as he melts into your touch, lets you rub your hands through his hair and down his back for a few precious, soft moments… but after a bit too long, of course, he snaps back to self-awareness and embarrassment over the momentary vulnerability, and now you have to pay for making him like that.

me gushing about tgcf for... idek-

Haha, don't ask why i'm making this post when I'm basically dead, BUT- TGCF is honestly was got me into the danmei fandom. Two of my friends were gushing about it so in order to not feel left out i watched the donghua and it was the BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE not only because the donghua was actually so beautifully animated and the story was so captivating, but also because i watched it in dub and got to see howard wang. Which was great, obviously. unfortunately, i spoiled a LOT. And i mean A LOT of stuff after finishing season 1. I spoiled the ghost city arc, the 800 year wait, and some of Xie Lian's trauma before even starting season 2. And i didn't even have to wait that long for it- some people were waiting over 2 years!! which is crazy to me. The character designs are so intricate and beautiful in all mediums, including the audio drama (which is actually my favorite art out of all of 'em), which HOW?!??!?!? ITS AN AUDIO DRAMA?!?!??! i ended up buying all the books, despite spoiling myself a TON. And i don't regret it at all- i even convinced myself (not really myself, but my dead bank account) to buy the special edition of TGCF!! The official art is gorgeous, the pop-up is gorgeous, the books\ mark is gorgeous, and- despite all the spoilers, after i got used to the writing style it was honestly A BLAST. I finished all the books in less than 2 weeks. I stayed up late reading them- and my favorite part was finishing a book so i could jump to the next one. And my greatest surprise was i didn't even spoil ALL of it to myself! The instigator of the war between xianle and yong'an (if ykyk, hint: family) was such a surprise to me i had to put the book down for a good second before reading it again! xie lians occasional sassiness was honestly really in character, but still a surprise. I have seen some who didnt like tgcf because of the character arcs and hualian- which is fine, but as long as you have the right expectations going into the book, you will not be disappointed. Xie Lian is honestly my favorite. Sue me for being basic, but i love him. Even before knowing all the trauma, i loved him. (Followed closely are Ruoye and Feng Xin, so i guess you can guess my type which i immediately attach to, haha) anyway, in case you weren't looking for my life story, then here: watch the donghua of tgcf, then read all the books, no spoilers. Trust me. Spoilers ruined some of the emotional moments for me yet i still felt empathy for all the characters, which is kind of hard to do. (it hurts, dream on, there is no banquet that does not come to an end). then consume the fan content. Literally all of it. We are the most blessed fandom in history. You may look up some things to expect for tgcf, because i believe the theme is actually quite different from mxtx's other works! I still love wwx tho ;) ----- PS: I also love the parallels. I'll talk about one since this post is so long already, but here- I absolutely love the quotes. A lot of times, popular quotes are remembered when Hua Cheng is saying them, but when you read the books, you realize he's just parroting what xie lian has said... im biased and this isnt for everyone, and obviously his tone and context are wayy different + he has great quotes on his own- but I think it shows his love for him. or maybe i just love Xie Lian, haha.

Your tags had me thinking, is there anything you wrote out of your story or avoided because of the fear someone would take it the wrong way? Sometimes I feel like as a writer I filter myself on here too considering I don’t want anyone to think what I’m writing means I condone that behavior ((A small example like bullying or being a manipulative person))

There's a lot of shit tbh lol. I can't make certain characters do certain things because I don't want people like them to be seen that way. Some things aren't even as severe or impactful as I wanted them to be. A lot is due to them being sensitive subjects and I don't ever wanna trigger my audience like that. But having lived through some of the things myself- the amount of depth certain situations have in the series is missing just that. Kaila's assault is often watered down. I don't want to focus on the the act of it and what happened, but moreso the aftermath of it. It's hard to discuss how much that impacted her when I have to dance around the words. For me, when I was dealing with my own stuff irl I talked about it as it was. I used the actual terms. Even the way Imogen didn't have friends growing up was something I couldn't explore to deeply. It wasn't just that people found her off-putting and left her alone. They harassed her for it. Bullied her for it, constantly. It's why she has the attachment she does to Lou and her family. They were all she had. But again, it's hard to discuss the extent of the harassment in the series. I have to be careful with it. And if I feel I can't do that well enough then I'll just remove it from the series. Lykaia is a fantasy story, yes- but it's also been a way for me to "talk out loud" about shit I've experienced too. It's not necessarily things that are "TV safe" though, so I filter myself a lot. I don't want it to be seen as just entertainment or as if I'm condoning those behaviors. While I can talk here about why those story lines exist and what they mean to me, everyone won't see it. So, they just won't know.

Also with the lycans, particularly the wild/untamed ones, they're supposed to be so much more gruesome. They genuinely are something to fear. They are monsters. They're meant to be bad, they're meant to do bad shit. But lycans are essentially like a marginalized group. If you take out the human and lycan thing and instead replaced that with race then things get muddy. Especially considering it's the Tinsley's who hunt them and we know who they are and what they look like. That is purposeful. But while I and people who look like me can understand exactly what I mean and all the nuance that goes with it- the masses may not. Even this season with the whole thing with Arenthal moving Amelia's body. Lucian's reaction wasn't just because he didn't want her disturbed or he didn't want her to rest. He was terrified of what could have happened to her in the process. It's not just that she's a lycan. She's black! And a woman! God knows what could have happened to her while she was in Arenthal's care. I remembered having those same fears when one of the women in my family passed and we weren't allowed to see her body again after. We just got her urn. It still fucks with me. Lucian was meant to feel that, but again I don't want that to be seen as just a thing for entertainment. So again, I have to be careful. Idk the Lykaia everyone sees isn't as rough as the one that exists in my head. It's unfortunate too because I think it would give so much more understanding to the characters and why they behave the way they do.

It's definitely hard. Like idek.

What if instead of Dadzawa with 1,523 accidentally acquired children we had Accidental Harem Aizawa? Like, he doesn't know how this even happened, but he's cool with it--it feels right and good and he cares about all his partners which is why he'll be damned if any of them go to sleep without being fully satiated (listen, I'm very attached to the HC that sure, Aizawa often appears passive and disinterested in most things, but once he finally fucking decides to do anything--including sex--he holds himself to a high standard and does it well).

But then, one morning, after his complete exhaustion causes him to pour coffee onto a plate instead of into a cup, Mic and Midnight corner him and demand to know what's going on. After trying to deflect them with his usual Frosty n'Grumpy act (as if that would work on them), he finally tells them what he's now doing every night.

"You don't understand," he says, too tired to note Midnight's arched oh really? eyebrow. "It's like a third job." Thunderstruck, he says, in a small voice that Mic hasn't heard for years, "Oh fuck, I accidentally got myself another job..." and then he blinks slowly.

Mic and Midnight's brains short out, having been confronted with what they believe to be the single funniest thing that has ever occurred in the entire history of the human species. This gives Aizawa time to escape. For now.

I hate to say this and idek why I'm suddenly thinking about it at nearly 3am but I could see Rebecca Bunch having some sort of romantic and/or sexual feelings about every single study group member except Shirley. And yes I am including Piss in that. I do not think she'd pursue anything with him, but she does have that weird attachment to horrible older guys. In fact the only one I am sure she'd pursue something with is Jeff. They would have sex and she'd temporarily idealise him and then they would try to destroy each other. But like, Troy would remind her of Josh probably and charm her, but he would have no idea. She'd hear Abed talk about living in a tv show and become convinced that they're soulmates for a while, after which they would reach a real understanding and be good friends (and I still like the idea of them fake dating to make Josh and Troy jealous lol). She would have like homoerotic rivalries with both Annie and Britta, but in different ways. With Annie it would be about intelligence and professional success, with Britta it would be a Good Person competition. I think she'd feel attached to Shirley too because she'd see her a bit as a mother figure and be reminded of Paula, but then they would quickly start to fight about many issues.

The man whom you assumed to be a wandering samurai unfolded the parchment, vaguely skimming through the contents. Despite how almost slapdash he read the letter, he craved the tenderness of your pen pal's handwriting. Some loops he traces with his thumb, while some he was too afraid to smudge. 

"It's been years since I last exchanged epistles with him," Kazuha spoke with no rancor or jealousy whatsoever. "

You could only blink. It appears you'd be dealing with constant flowery honesty should you also befriend him, but you don't seem to mind it. 

"So, do you think it's him?"

"There is no doubt about it," Kazuha answered his captain. "But that doesn't mean his way of communication isn't limited. If anything, this might just be Lady Guuji's way of rewarding him for his past heroics."

You grabbed the letter the samurai reluctantly returned, "huh? Forgive me for asking, but is my secret pen pal some sort of criminal or a government official? Because based on how you talk about him, he comes off as someone significant."

Beidou smiled awkwardly.

"The truth is, your pen pal is dea—"

"Is an honest man," Kazuha butted in. "Don't worry, I can vouch for him. He's the most resilient and bravest man I've met and I'm lucky to have had the privilege to call him my friend."

"Then why do I feel like you're hiding a crucial detail from me?"

Kazuha chuckled.

"Because he's your secret pen pal, and based on his current situation, he must be incredibly lonely and you're the only one he can talk to."

... A fair point. It wouldn't be right if you knew his identity while he doesn't have a sliver of an idea who you are in return.

"Don't worry about it, kid. Say, why don't ya share a drink with us? My treat, of course," Beidou proudly bumped her fist against her chest. "Oh, and by the way, this kid here is Kazuha. Kazuha, this is (Y/n)."

"Nice to meet you."

"You as well."

"Now that we've had our introductions, would I be able to partake in some sake, captain?" Kazuha teased, but his tone doesn't quite match his somber expression.

Beidou sighed.

"Just this once, I'll forget about your height and let you drink. You deserve it after reading that letter."

"Thank you, Beidou."

Kazuha turned to look at you, a gentle smile resting on his face.

"And Mx. (Y/n)? When you write a letter back, tell him that Kaedehara Kazuha received his greetings."

Emmit Watkins (IkePri AU OC)

I went on a journey to make an AU with gender changes for a lot of reasons, but the reason that matters is that I wanted a male MC in the position of Belle. So... Here's my version of MC in male form. He's grown since his original conception, and easily stands on his own rather than a male version of Emma. I do love Emmit dearly, and I'm very attached to how he has turned out.

Emmit is generally an unassuming man. He lived his entire life in the capital of Rhodolite, has a steady job at a bookstore, and is easy to get along with as is seen with the many friends and acquaintances he has with the townspeople he interacts with in his every day life. Found to contain the "most beautiful" and "purest" heart in Rhodolite, he has embarked on his adventure as Rhodolite's Belle, the person who will choose the next ruler in Rhodolite - he just has to survive the story to manage that.

Random Notes I've learned since writing for him:

Emmit tends to eep and squeak and I find it adorable.

When stressed, his chest and throat gets tight, which is why he ends up making squeaking sounds.

Most of the Rhodolite princesses could probably beat Emmit in arm wrestling.

He tends to bite and chew on his lower lip behind his closed mouth, so you never really see his teeth dragging on them.

Suriyel actually frightens him. A lot.

This boy blushes more than I ever have in my life. Idek.

My beta reader has pointed out that Emmit has some big time ASD traits - which isn't really surprising since I wrote him as a thinly veiled author insert - but it wasn't my intention to code him that way. Oh well.

oh man ive been binge reading little blade off and on, i just love. fics that are fairly lotor centric because im attached to him a Perfectly Normal Persons Amount /light-hearted

but i also just adore. like all of the world building you do, that's always my favorite thing in any form of media. esp because there's a few things that lined up with/were close to stuff i hc'd or thought about and it's like !!!! oh same wavelength!!! (like with sincline ! i understand why they didn't do more with the ship bc of the plot directions but also. rattles the bars it would have been so cool to see in the show and i have so many thoughts)

another also that idk if this is Weird? but im autistic and like, a lot of the behavior shown from lotor + the galra in general make me go oh! that's how i behave! and it's just nice seeing it shown in a way that like. isn't meant to do a "oh look how ✨weird✨ they behave" deal + seeing keith and his responses to it remind me almost of my experiences with unmasking? it's just a little !!! kind of feeling

I'm really glad you and I are on the same wavelength regarding Sincline, because they literally paralleled it to Voltron in every way, so seeing as Voltron is sentient it stands to reason that Sincline is too? Genuinely such a pity that that was never explored in canon, but c'est la vie ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

And hey, here's a funny thing, though I didn't know it when I first began writing LB I have in the years since learnt that I am ✨autistic af✨—in hindsight it was in equal parts insanely obvious, yet unsurprising that I (particularly as a woman) managed to make my way into adulthood without anyone overtly acknowledging it—and looking back at the way I write Keith in particular... yeah, he's autistic-coded to hell and back. I too see a lot of my experiences in unmasking reflected in Keith coming to terms with his galra traits (idek how I managed to subconsciously write that in from the beginning, but it's distinctly there lmao) so I'm really glad that that could resonate with you!!
